• 1 cup SR flour
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 125g melted butter
  • ½ cup chopped dates
  • ½ cup dried chopped apricots

Soak apricots in boiling water for ½ hour and then drain. Mix other ingredients with the drained apricots. Spread in 23cm (9″) square baking tray or similar. Bake in moderate oven approx 40mins.
