Chocolate Cake
- ½ cup butter
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup cocoa (melted in hot water)
- 2 cups SR flour
- 1 teaspoon bi-carb
- 1 cup milk
Cream butter & sugar, add eggs one at a time. Add cocoa, beat all very well. Add alternately flour with bi-carb soda and milk. Bake mod oven for approx 40 minutes.
