Grandma's Tomato Relish
- 1 kg ripe tomatoes
- 1 kg onions (finely chopped)
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups white vinegar
- 2 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoon curry powder
- 2 tablespoon mustard
Boil together for 20 minutes. Thicken with 2 tablespoon cornflour mixed with a little vinegar. Boil further 5 minutes. Will keep for months.
