• 1 packet frozen 250g spinach – cook and cool
  • 1 230g tin water chestnuts – finely chopped
  • 1 packet spring vegetable soup (sieve out lumps, use dust)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (can use low fat)
  • 1 cup sour cream (can use low fat)

Mix and chill. Serve with fresh breadstick or similar, cut up.
