- 1 packet frozen 250g spinach – cook and cool
- 1 230g tin water chestnuts – finely chopped
- 1 packet spring vegetable soup (sieve out lumps, use dust)
- 1 cup mayonnaise (can use low fat)
- 1 cup sour cream (can use low fat)
Mix and chill. Serve with fresh breadstick or similar, cut up.
